Antioxidant Boost & Protein Bowl
A smoothie a day keep the doctor away.
Recently I've been really into smoothies first thing in the morning. I've been trying to mix it up, but I think this berry recipe is my new go to. When you start the day off with the right foods, I believe it can change the quality of your day. Lately, I've been trying to add more plant based protein into my diet to keep me satisfied longer. I'm usually not a huge fan of adding protein powder into my smoothie bowls because it messes with the consistency of my bowl, but I've been using this brand that I actually like. This smoothie bowl starts your day off at about 400 calories and about 24 grams of protein. This smoothie is the perfect amount of energy to get you up and ready to tackle the day.
